The other day, we got an opportunity to get to know Salut Bistro, a new modern tapas restaurant in Barcelona. There are so many tapas restaurants in Barcelona and because of that the tapas also evolved from classic to modern. These days the aesthetic, vibes, and presentation matter a lot so that’s why restaurants are also following these styles.

Salut Bistro, for wine and modern tapas lovers
If you are a fan of natural wines you should go and see this place. Aside from natural wines, they offer also some good industrial wines and actually, they have a good wine list. Although, I went only for dinner but they actually do serve brunch as well. So, if you can’t make it for the dinner make sure to check them in the morning for breakfast and lunch.
The Restaurant
It’s a small restaurant with few tables outside and it’s actually perfect for any special occasion the place feels intimate with a low light and low-key music background.
The Food
Each tapas we ordered was served on a small plate and the dishes were small. It’s a kind of place where you enjoy every single detail and enjoy the food experience slowly. You’ll have to order more dishes depending on your hunger but for me, I enjoyed every bite of the food here because it was really good.
⭐️ sourdough bread, butter – 4,5€
⭐️ brioche, butter, red caviar – 13€
I liked everything that we ordered and it was really good.
⭐️ shrimp crudo, yuzukosho, cream fresh – 12€
⭐️ beef tartar, parmesan – 14€
⭐️ tortilla, chorizo mousse – 10€
⭐️ cheesecake, blueberry jam – 6€ – this blueberry cheesecake for dessert is a must!
